Position Summary

Team Members are responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking customers’ orders, preparing every line ingredient to recipe, and cooking every menu item to recipe. In addition, Team Members will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized restaurant space throughout the workday.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Invite and welcome customers into our restaurant space.
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers’ while they make their orders.
  • Accurately process customers’ orders through our point-of-sale system.
  • Process and manage orders from our online services.
  • Ensure all orders are complete before delivery to the customer.
  • Employees over 21 will be responsible to pour beer and wine.
  • Respond to customer inquiries or issues in a courteous and respectful manner.
  • Communicate with fellow team members to ensure the accuracy of every order.
  • Prepare every line ingredient to recipe.
  • Cook every menu item to recipe.

  • Unload delivery truck supplies and place items in the proper storage area.

  • Washing all kitchen ware by hand or using dishwasher (E.g., pots, pans, cooking utensils, equipment, etc.).
  • Store clean kitchen ware in assigned storage areas.
  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain dishwasher.
